শর্তাবলী
▪️ অগ্রিম প্রদান বুকিং নিশ্চিত করতে ৫০ শতাংশ অগ্রিম দিতে হবে । বুকিং এর টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। কোনো যুক্তিযুক্ত কারনে ইভেন্টের ডেট পরিবর্তন করতে পারেন সেক্ষেত্রে বুকিং এর টাকা পরবর্তী ডেট এর জন্য যুক্ত থাকবে। ( পরিবর্তনকৃত ডেট এর অন্তত ১৫ দিন আগে আমাদের জানাতে হবে )
▪️ বাকি টাকা পরিশোধ ইভেন্টের শেষ দিনেই সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট ক্লিয়ার করতে হবে। অন্যথায় নির্ধারিত সময়ের পর প্রতি মাসে মোট বকেয়া টাকার উপর ৫% হারে বিলম্ব চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
▪️ ইভেন্টের আগে আলোচনা ইভেন্ট শুরু হওয়ার অন্তত এক সপ্তাহ আগে ইভেন্টের দায়িত্বরত ফটোগ্রাফার বা সিনেমাটোগ্রাফারের সাথে ইভেন্ট সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করে নিতে হবে ।
▪️ ইভেন্ট গাইড আমাদের ফটোগ্রাফারকে একজন সদস্য প্রদান করতে হবে যে ইভেন্টে উপস্থিত থাকবে এবং পরিবারের সকল মানুষকে সনাক্ত করতে সাহায্য করবে যাদের ছবি তোলা আবশ্যক। দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে কিছু বিবাহের অতিথি ছবি তোলার প্রস্তাব প্রত্যাখ্যান করে,পরে ঐ ব্যক্তির ছবি না থাকলে এর জন্য ক্রিয়েটিগ্রাফিকে দায়ী করবেন না।
▪️ সময়সূচি সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা ইভেন্টের সময়সূচি নিয়ে পর্যাপ্ত সচেতন হতে হবে। সময়সূচি যদি ঠিকমতো বাস্তবায়ন না হয় সেক্ষেত্রে চাহিদা সম্পূর্ণ কাজ পরিপূর্ণ হওয়ার সুযোগ খুবই কম।
▪️ পর্যাপ্ত সময় প্রদান আমাদের পর্যাপ্ত সময়/সুযোগ না দিলে ছবির তুলনা বা অভিযোগ করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে ।
▪️ গান বাছাই সিনেমাটিক ট্রেলার এবং ফিল্মের জন্য, পছন্দের গান ইভেন্টের প্রথম দিনেই দিয়ে দিতে হবে। অথবা আমরা আমাদের নিজস্ব গান ব্যবহার করব। আমাদের গানের দ্বারা একটি সম্পাদনা করা হলে, ক্লায়েন্টকে তাদের গান ব্যবহার করার জন্য পুনরায় সম্পাদনা চার্জ দিতে হবে। ( একটি ফিল্ম ও ট্রেলারের জন্য সম্পাদনা চার্জ ১০০০ টাকা )
▪️ গভীর রাত্রি ইভেন্ট বেশি রাত পর্যন্ত ইভেন্ট চলমান হলে ফটোগ্রাফারের মানসম্মত ভাবে থাকার ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে নয়তো সুরক্ষিতভাবে পৌঁছে দেবার ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।
▪️ অতিরিক্ত খরচ ভেনুর বাহিরে শুট করার জন্য বারতি খরচ ( কোথাও এন্ট্রি ফি,যাতায়াত খরচ ) ক্লাইন্টকে বহন করতে হবে।
▪️ যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি ইভেন্ট চলাকালীন কোন দুর্ঘটনায় যান্ত্রিক যন্ত্রগুলো যেমন ক্যামেরার মেমোরি কার্ড, হার্ড ড্রাইভ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়ায় ইভেন্টের ফাইলগুলো নষ্ট হয়ে যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে ক্ষমা সুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন। আমরা পুরো চেষ্টা করব ফাইলগুলো ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে আসার।ফিরিয়ে আনতে সক্ষম না হলে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ফাইলের টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য।
▪️ ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ইভেন্ট শেষ হবার ২ মাসের মধ্যে ছবি ও ভিডিও ডেলিভারি করা হয়। পরিস্থিতি সাপেক্ষে কখনও ৩ মাস সময় নেওয়া হয়ে থাকে।

▪️ ফাইল সংরক্ষণ ফাইল ডেলিভারি করার ১ মাস পর্যন্ত ফাইলগুলো সংরক্ষণ করা হয় ।এই সময়ের মধ্যে ফাইল নিজ দায়ীত্বে সংরক্ষণ করে রাখতে হবে।

▪️ ওয়াটার মার্ক আমাদের প্রদানকৃত ছবিতে অন্য কোন ওয়াটার মার্ক লাগানো যাবেনা ।
Terms & Condition
▪️ Advance Payment 50% advance payment must be paid to confirm the booking. The booking fee is non-refundable. If needed, you can change the event date for a valid reason.in that case, the booking fee will be applied to the new date. ( You must inform us at least 15 days prior to the rescheduled date )
▪️ Remaining Payment Full payment must be cleared on the final day of the event. Otherwise a 5% monthly late payment fee will be applied on any overdue balance.
▪️ Pre-Event Discussion You must discuss the event details with the assigned photographer or cinematographer, at least one week before the event starts.
▪️ Event Guide You have to provide one of your family member to assist our photographer at the event. This person will help us to identify all the family members who needed to be photographed. Please note that some wedding guests may refuse to have their picture taken and if their photos are missing later, Creatigraphy will not be held responsible.
▪️ Awareness of Schedule You have to be fully aware about the event’s schedule. If the schedule is not properly implemented, there is a very little chance that the full scope of the work will be completed as desired.
▪️ Providing Sufficient Time If you do not provide us with enough shooting time or opportunity, you must refrain from comparing or complaining about the photos.
▪️ Song Selection For cinematic trailers and films, you must provide your preferred songs on the first day of the event. Otherwise, we will use our own songs.If a film is edited with our prefered songs, then you have to pay a re-editing charge to use your songs.( The re-editing charge for one film and trailer is 1000 BDT )
▪️ Late Night Events If the event continues late into the night, you must arrange secure place for the photographer or ensure safe transportation home.
▪️ Additional Costs Any additional costs for shooting outside the venue ( entry fees, transportation costs) must be borne by the client.
▪️ Mechanical Faults If any equipment such as camera,memory card,or hard drives are damaged due to an accident during the event, causing the event files to be lost,we ask for your indulgence. We will make every effort to recover the files. If recovery's not possible, the cost of the lost files will be refunded.
▪️ Delivery Usually, photos and videos are delivered within 2 months after the event. Depending on the situation, it may sometimes take up to 3 months.
▪️ Selection of Photos for Print The client must select the photos that are to be printed.
▪️ File Storage Files are stored for up to 1 months after delivery. During this period, you must store the files at your own responsibility.
▪️ RAW Files RAW photo or video files will not be provided.
▪️ Watermark No other watermark may be applied to the photos we provide.

▪️ ছবি বা ভিডিওর ক্ষেত্রে ভিত্তিহীন অভিযোগ শুটের সময় ছবি তুলতে আগ্রহী না হওয়া অথচ পরবর্তীতে ছবি নেই এই অভিযোগ করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। অন্যদিকে ক্যামেরার সামনে উপস্থিত থেকে পরবর্তীতে ছবি বা ভিডিও ডিলিট করতে বলা যাবে না।
▪️ নিরাপত্তা ব্যাবস্থা ইভেন্টের সময় ফটোগ্রাফার ও তার গিয়ার সেটাপ এর নিরাপত্তা ব্যাবস্থা করতে হবে।
▪️ কাজের সময়সীমা কাজের নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা পালন করতে হবে। সময়সীমা অতিক্রম করলে অতিরিক্ত সময়ের জন্য বাড়তি চার্জ নির্ধারণ করতে হবে।
▪️ যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি ইভেন্ট চলাকালীন কোন দুর্ঘটনায় যান্ত্রিক যন্ত্রগুলো, যেমন ক্যামেরার মেমোরি কার্ড, হার্ড ড্রাইভ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়ায় ইভেন্টের ফাইলগুলো নষ্ট হয়ে যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে ক্ষমা সুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন। আমরা পুরো চেষ্টা করব ফাইলগুলো ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে আসার।ফিরিয়ে আনতে সক্ষম না হলে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ফাইলের টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য।

▪️ Remaining Payment The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event.
▪️ Event Guide A designated member must be present at the event to clearly explain our responsibilities and how the shoot will be completed. (No instructions from anyone else will be followed).
▪️ Baseless Complaints Regarding Photos or Videos If you are not interested in being photographed during the shoot, you must refrain from later claiming that there are no photos. Additionally, after being in front of the camera, you cannot request the deletion of any photos or videos.
▪️ Security Arrangements The client must ensure the security of the photographer and their gear setup during the event.
▪️ Work Time Limit The specified work time must be followed. If the time limit is exceeded, additional charges will apply for the extra time.
▪️ Mechanical Faults If any equipment such as camera,memory card,or hard drives are damaged due to an accident during the event, causing the event files to be lost,we ask for your indulgence. ▪️ আবহাওয়া এবং অবস্থানের বিবেচনা আবহাওয়া পরিবর্তন আউটডোর শুটিংয়ের সময় আবহাওয়া পরিবর্তনের কারণে শুটিং বাতিল বা পুনঃনির্ধারণের শর্তাবলী। আবহাওয়া অনুকূল না থাকলে বিকল্প তারিখ নির্ধারণ করা হতে পারে।
▪️ যাতায়াত এবং ভ্রমণ খরচ ভ্রমণ দূরত্ব যদি শুটিংয়ের স্থান ফটোগ্রাফারের অফিস বা শহর থেকে দূরে হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে ভ্রমণ খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
▪️ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব স্থান নির্বাচনের অনুমতি শুটিং স্থানে প্রবেশের অনুমতি বা ফটোগ্রাফির জন্য বিশেষ অনুমতি প্রয়োজন হলে তা গ্রাহকে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
▪️ নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা আউটডোর শুটিংয়ের সময় গ্রাহককে ফটোগ্রাফারের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
▪️ সীমাবদ্ধতা শুটিংয়ের সময় কোনো এলাকায় প্রবেশ বা ছবি তোলার ক্ষেত্রে নিষেধাজ্ঞা থাকলে তা আগে থেকেই গ্রাহককে জানাতে হবে।
▪️ বিকল্প ফটোগ্রাফার যদি ফটোগ্রাফার কোনো জরুরি/অসুস্থতার কারণে শুট করতে না পারেন, সেক্ষেত্রে বিকল্প ফটোগ্রাফারের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে ।
▪️ ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ইভেন্ট শেষ হবার ১ মাসের মধ্যে ছবি ও ভিডিও ডেলিভারি করা হয়। পরিস্থিতি সাপেক্ষে কখনও ২ মাস সময় নেওয়া হয়ে থাকে।

▪️ Additional Shooting Time If the scheduled time is exceeded, extra charges will apply for additional shooting.
▪️ Weather Changes In the case of outdoor shoots, if the weather changes, leading to the cancellation or rescheduling of the shoot, a new date can be set if the weather is unfavorable.
▪️ Travel Distance If the shooting location is far from the photographer's office or city, the customer have to bear the travel expenses.
▪️ Permission for shoot Location If special permission is required for photography or access to the shooting location, the customer must ensure these permissions are obtained.
▪️ Safety Arrangements For outdoor shoots, the customer must ensure the photographer's safety.
▪️ Restrictions If there are any restrictions on entering certain areas or taking photos for the shoot, the customer must inform the photographer in advance.
▪️ Alternative Photographer In case,the photographer is unable to shoot due to an emergency or illness, an alternative photographer will be arranged.
▪️ Delivery Usually, photos and videos are delivered within 1 months after the event. Depending on the situation, it may sometimes take up to 2 months.
▪️ File Storage Files are stored for up to 1 month after delivery. During this period, you must store the files at your own responsibility.
▪️ RAW Files RAW photo or video files will not be provided.
▪️ Watermark No other watermark may be applied to the photos we provide.
